How do I buy tickets at UNLVtickets.com?
To purchase tickets online, you must be a UNLVtickets.com account holder. This can be done either prior to purchasing tickets or during the purchase of tickets. To purchase tickets, begin by selecting your event and clicking the Buy Tickets Now! button. If there are multiple performances for your selected event, each performance will be listed. Select the event performance by clicking the Find Tickets button for that performance.

The seat selection page will be displayed. There will be two options:

Purchase By Seat

  1. An interactive seatmap will be displayed. The seatmap will be color coded to show ticket availability in each section. If you hover over a section, you will be shown the ticket availability and price for that section. Click on a section where you would like to purchase tickets.
  2. Once a section is selected, each seat for that section will be shown. Click on a seat you would like to reserve for your order and then click the Select button. Repeat this step for any additional seats you would like to reserve for your order.
  3. Once you have selected your seats, click the Add to Cart button located at the bottom of your screen to continue the process.

Purchase By Price
  1. Choose a price level option from the dropdown menu, such as General Admission. If you want the best possible seats available, you can also select Best Available.
  2. Click on the + or - buttons to set the quantity of tickets you would like to reserve for your order.
  3. Click on the Add to Cart button to continue the process.

*NOTE: The Purchase By Seat option may not be available for all events!

If the desired seats are sold out, the Sorry page will appear, informing you that seats of that price level could not be secured. Otherwise the Shopping Cart page will appear. At the bottom of the Shopping Cart page, a timer will be displayed, allowing you eight minutes to confirm and complete your purchase. At this point, you may continue shopping, check out, edit or remove your seats, or remove your entire order.

To purchase tickets to other events, click on the Continue Shopping button, on the right side of the page located underneath the Checkout button. To complete your purchase, click on the Check Out button on the right side of the page. To edit or remove your seats, click on the Edit or Remove links, located underneath your order details and above the list of available Delivery Methods. To remove the entire order, click on the Remove Entire Order button on the right side of the page underneath the Checkout button.

If you would like to complete the purchase of your tickets, choose a Delivery Method from the list underneath your order details. Then, click on the Check Out button located on the right side of the page.

If you have already logged in, you will be taken to the Payment Information Page. If not, then the UNLVtickets.com login page will appear. The UNLVtickets.com login page allows you to set up a new UNLVtickets.com account by clicking on the Register Now button under First Time Customer or Donor. If you are already a UNLVtickets.com account holder, you can log in by entering your email address (or account number) and your password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password? link to have it emailed to you.

The Payment Information Page allows customers to review and edit their contact information. Customers should check to be sure their name, address, phone and email information are correct. Optionally, you can enter a mobile phone number to have your tickets sent via text message to your mobile device. Customers will also see their purchase total and credit card input form. After the credit card information is entered, click on the Place Your Order button to complete the purchase.

Your order may take a few moments to process. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation number. Please note the number for your records. Within the hour, you will also receive a confirmation email.

How do I buy tickets using the phone?

Long distance callers can dial toll-free 1-866-388-FANS (3267).

How do I buy tickets through the UNLVtickets Outlets?
To buy tickets in person, visit any La Bonita Supermarket location or the Thomas & Mack Center Ticket Office.

Can I pick my seats?
Seat assignments can be chosen online for some events using the interactive seatmap during the purchase process. All other ticket assignments are based on best available. Whether purchasing in person, over the phone, or online, our ticketing system chooses the best available seats for the chosen price level at the time of purchase.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by UNLV, including venues and teams, prohibit UNLVtickets from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Please note that teams/players and artists are subject to change without notice.

What if an event I bought tickets for gets cancelled?
UNLVtickets assumes responsibility on cancelled events for those tickets sold through UNLVtickets.com, (702) 739-FANS (3267) or 1-866-388-FANS (3267), UNLVtickets outlets, or the Thomas & Mack Center Ticket Office. The decision to allow refunds is made by the venue and/or promoter. Normally the Face Value of the ticket is refunded. However, because the processing and delivery of the ticket order has already occurred, the fees are not refunded.

Please make sure to include/provide your UNLVtickets.com account number so we can expedite your refund if applicable. If you purchased the ticket(s) at a UNLVtickets Outlet, you will need to return the tickets directly to the original point of purchase.
