To purchase tickets online, you must be registered with My All Access Pass. This can be done either prior to purchasing tickets or during the purchase of tickets. To purchase tickets, begin by selecting a venue, such as the Thomas & Mack Center. A list of events at that particular venue will appear. Select the event by clicking Purchase Tickets. The Purchase Tickets page will appear, and the venue will have to be selected again.Purchasing Tickets By PhoneAfter clicking on the chosen venue, the Select an Event page will appear. Click on Buy Tickets next to the desired event, and the Select Your Seats page will appear. Seat options will be displayed. Choose an option, such as General Admission, and then enter the quantity of tickets you would like to purchase in the Quantity box. Price and Total will be entered for you. Once you are sure of your purchase, click on Add To Cart, in order to continue the process.
If the desired seats are sold out, the Sorry page will appear, informing you that seats of that price level could not be secured. Otherwise the Shopping Cart page will appear. At the top of the Shopping Cart page, a timer will be displayed, allowing you eight minutes to confirm and complete your purchase. At this point, you may continue shopping, check out, release your seats, or remove your entire order.
To purchase tickets to other events, click on the Continue Shopping button, at the bottom of the page. To complete your purchase, click on the Check Out button on the bottom of the page. To release your seats, click on the Release Seats button, located to the left of the Delivery Method drop down menu. To remove the entire order, click on the Remove Entire Order button at the bottom of the page.
If you would like to complete the purchase of your tickets, choose a Delivery Method from the drop down menu. Then, click on the Check Out button located at the bottom of the page.
If you have already logged in, you will be taken to the Payment Information Page. If not, then the My All Access Pass page will appear. The My All Access Pass Page allows you to set up a My All Access Pass account by clicking on Register Here. If you are already a My All Access Pass member, you can log in by entering your email address and your password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password button in red to have it emailed to you.
The Payment Information Page allows customers to review and edit their contact information. Customers should check to be sure their name, address, and email information are correct. Customers will also view their purchase total and choose their credit card type. After the credit card information is entered, click on Submit Payment to complete the purchase.
Your order may take a few moments to process. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation number. Please note the number for your records. Within the hour, you will also receive a confirmation email.

How Do I Modify My Account?
Registered My All Access Pass members have the ability to modify their accounts as needed. On the Purchase Tickets page, sign in by clicking on the button beneath the My All Access Pass logo. You will be directed to the My All Access Pass page, where you can sign in. You will then be directed back to the Purchase Tickets page where you can click on the My All Access Pass located in the menu on the left side of the page. After clicking the button, the My All Access Pass page will appear with member information displayed, which you can edit. Once all changes are made, click on the Update button at the bottom of the page in order to update the account.How Do I Get My Password?
Registered My All Access Pass members can log in on the My All Access Pass page. Should you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password button in red, and your password will be emailed to you within the hour.What Is Ticket Transfer?
Ticket Transfer is a new feature on UNLVtickets that allows patrons to electronically transfer tickets via e-mail to another patron. Patrons who wish to forward their tickets must have used either the Print @ Home option or the Credit Card (Magstripe) delivery option. Any person who wishes to transfer tickets must be registered with "My All Access Pass."I am not a My All Access Pass Member. How do I create a personal user account for Ticket Transfer?
Click on the "Register Now" link and follow the steps required to create a personal user account.I am a My All Access Pass Member. How do I create a personal user account for Ticket Transfer?
1. Once you have logged onto your "My All Access Pass" account, click on the "My All Access Pass" button on the left hand side of your screen.How is the ticket transfer completed?
2. Click on the "Ticket Transfers or Cancel Transfers" option.
3. Any tickets you have purchased will be listed. Click the "Transfer" button on the order you wish to transfer.
4. All tickets associated with this order will be displayed. Click the tickets you wish to transfer.
5. You will then enter the first and last name of the person you wish to transfer the seat(s) to, along with their email address and phone number.
6. You will have the option of either paying the $2.50 transfer fee yourself, at which point you would enter your credit card information, or select the option to have the person being transferred the tickets pay the fee.
7. A confirmation page will appear, if the information is correct, press the "Yes" Button to submit the transfer. Once you do this, you will receive an email confirming your Transfer Invitation, and the person you are transferring the tickets to will receive and email with the Transfer Invitation.
Once the Invitation is received, the transferee should click on the link provided in the email. He will see the seats that are being transferred and will be required to enter the email address of the person he has received the transfer request from.
- The person receiving the tickets will either receive the Ticket Transfer (if the transferor is paying the $2.50 fee) or the transferee will be prompted enter "My All Access Pass" and asked to enter his credit card information to pay the fee.
- The transferee will also need to select how he would like to receive his ticket. Options include Print @ Home and Credit Card (Magstripe) Entry. Once transferred, the previous transaction will be invalidated and those tickets will no longer be useable.
- Once submitted and approved, the transfer is complete.
The transferee has 72 hours to complete the transfer. Once the 72 hours has passed, the ticket reverts back to the transferor.

When Can I Use The Ticket Office?
The Thomas & Mack Center box office hours are Monday-Friday, 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm. The box office is closed on Sundays, except on event days.The Sam Boyd Stadium ticket office is open on event days only. Tickets for all Sam Boyd Stadium events may be purchased in advance at the Thomas & Mack Center Box Office and all UNLVtickets outlets.
The Cox Pavilion ticket office is open on event days only. Tickets for all Cox Pavilion events may be purchased in advance at the Thomas & Mack Center box office and all UNLVtickets outlets.
The UNLVtickets Call Center is open 7 days a week, Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 8 pm, and Sundays, 10 am to 6 pm. The Call Center may be closed on holidays.
Delivery Methods
What Should I Expect If I Choose To Get My Tickets By Mail?
If you selected to have your tickets mailed by standard mail, you will receive your tickets at least 48 hours prior to the event. If you do not receive your tickets at least 48 prior to the event, please contact us.What Is Will Call?UNLVtickets sends tickets via U.S. postal mail and can be sent within the U.S. or Canada. For orders outside the U.S. please contact us at 1-866-388-FANS (3267).
Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. The cost for standard mail is included in the Order Processing fee.
Will Call is usually offered when standard mail is no longer available. This can occur typically fourteen days prior to the event. To pick up your tickets, visit the Box Office Will Call Window, present the credit card used for the purchase, photo ID and the confirmation number. For security reasons, only the person whose name is on the credit card used for the purchase is allowed to pick up tickets. Will call delivery is only available to US and Canadian customers placing orders within ten days of the event.What is Print @ Home?
UNLVtickets Print @ Home is a new delivery option available on the UNLVtickets website only, that allows patrons to select the Print @ Home option as a delivery method, for an additional fee of $2.50 per order. Once selected, the customer will have his tickets emailed to him to the email address he has provided (no mail or will call). The customer can print the bar coded tickets at home, and bring them directly to the gate to be scanned for entry.Why Should I Use Print @ Home?

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by UNLV, including venues, teams and theatres, prohibit UNLVtickets from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?UNLVtickets assumes responsibility on cancelled events for those tickets sold through unlvtickets.com, 739-FANS, UNLVtickets outlets, or the Thomas & Mack box office. The decision to allow refunds is made by the venue and/or promoter. Normally, the Face Value of the ticket and the Convenience charges are refunded, but because the processing and delivery of the ticket order has already occurred, the Delivery and Order Processing fees are not refunded.

How do you determine the face value of a ticket?
The promoter, venue, and/or artist determine the face value of a ticket. UNLVtickets does not determine the face value of tickets.What is the facility charge?
The Facility Fee, which is incorporated into the Convenience Charge, is typically $3.00 per ticket. It is applied to your entire order, not each ticket. The Order Processing Fee is applied regardless of whether your tickets are mailed or held at the Box Office Will Call Window.What is the Nevada Live Entertainment Tax?

To purchase tickets online, you must be registered with My All Access Pass. This can be done either prior to purchasing tickets or during the purchase of tickets. To purchase tickets, begin by selecting a venue, such as the Thomas & Mack Center. A list of events at that particular venue will appear. Select the event by clicking Purchase Tickets. The Purchase Tickets page will appear, and the venue will have to be selected again.How do I buy tickets using the phone?After clicking on the chosen venue, the Select an Event page will appear. Click on Buy Tickets next to the desired event, and the Select Your Seats page will appear. Seat options will be displayed. Choose an option, such as General Admission, and then enter the quantity of tickets you would like to purchase in the Quantity box. Price and Total will be entered for you. Once you are sure of your purchase, click on Add To Cart, in order to continue the process.
If the desired seats are sold out, the Sorry page will appear, informing you that seats of that price level could not be secured. Otherwise the Shopping Cart page will appear. At the top of the Shopping Cart page, a timer will be displayed, allowing you eight minutes to confirm and complete your purchase. At this point, you may continue shopping, check out, release your seats, or remove your entire order.
To purchase tickets to other events, click on the Continue Shopping button, at the bottom of the page. To complete your purchase, click on the Check Out button on the bottom of the page. To release your seats, click on the Release Seats button, located to the left of the Delivery Method drop down menu. To remove the entire order, click on the Remove Entire Order button at the bottom of the page.
If you would like to complete the purchase of your tickets, choose a Delivery Method from the drop down menu. Then, click on the Check Out button located at the bottom of the page.
If you have already logged in, you will be taken to the Payment Information Page. If not, then the My All Access Pass page will appear. The My All Access Pass Page allows you to set up a My All Access Pass account by clicking on Register Here. If you are already a My All Access Pass member, you can log in by entering your email address and your password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password button in red to have it emailed to you.
The Payment Information Page allows customers to review and edit their contact information. Customers should check to be sure their name, address, and email information are correct. Customers will also view their purchase total and choose their credit card type. After the credit card information is entered, click on Submit Payment to complete the purchase.
Your order may take a few moments to process. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation number. Please note the number for your records. Within the hour, you will also receive a confirmation email.

What are the methods of payment?
UNLVtickets accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. During your purchase, you will be required to accept all terms and conditions before completing your transaction.What are the terms on pricing and availability?Orders are processed only after the name and billing address of the cardholder has been verified. UNLVtickets will only mail tickets to the name and billing address of the cardholder. No other names or addresses may be used.
For your protection, orders of eight or more tickets, or totaling more than $250.00 WILL NOT be mailed. These orders will be held for pickup at the Box Office Will Call Window.
Customers must bring the Credit Card used to purchase their tickets and a Valid Drivers License. The person picking up the tickets must be the owner of the credit card. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, UNLVtickets Customer Service will contact the customer at the time of purchase. If UNLVtickets is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.
UNLVtickets WILL NOT mail to Post Office Boxes, unless the Post Office Box is the confirmed billing address of the credit card holder.
There are No Refunds or Exchanges. All purchases are final once the transaction is completed
UNLVtickets sells tickets on behalf of the university Athletics Department, promoters, teams and bands, with the exception of university-sponsored events. UNLVtickets generally does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, call center, retail outlets and the box office.
