The following internet browsers are recommended for video playback.
Clear Internet Cache
If we have made any updates to our player, you may not be seeing the video because you need to clear your internet cache. Once your internet cache has been cleared, you will need to reload the page. To clear your cache, please follow the instructions below.
Internet Explorer 7
1. Click Start and select Control Panel.
2. Open the Internet Options icon.
3. Click the General tab if it isn't selected already.
4. Click the Delete button.
5. Under the heading Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files.
6. Click OK to exit.

1. Click Start and select Control Panel.
2. Open the Internet Options icon.
3. Click the General tab if it isn't selected already.
4. Under the heading Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files....

Mozilla Firefox 2 or above

1. Open the Tools menu and click Options.
2. Under the Privacy panel, click Cache.
3. To clear the cache immediately, click Clear Cache.
Safari 2.0
1. From the Safari menu, click Empty Cache.
2. When asked Are you sure you want to empty the cache?, click Empty.
3. Click Done.
Firewall Settings
If you are still encountering problems, a firewall or internet blocking program may be blocking your ability to play the Flash video. Try disabling your firewall and see if the video plays. If it does, you may need to alter your firewall settings to permit the Flash video to play. For more information, please contact the manufacturer of your firewall.
Commonly Asked Questions
Why does my video freeze while I am watching it?
Your connection speed may be too slow. A broadband connection such as Cable or DSL is recommended for video playback. If there is a large amount of traffic on our server, this may also affect the playback of your videos.
Will I be able to watch video on a MAC?
Yes! In order to watch our videos on a MAC computer, make sure you are using one of the recommended internet browsers and have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed!
