Purchasing Tickets at UNLVtickets.com
To purchase tickets online, you must be registered with My All Access Pass. This can be done either prior to purchasing tickets or during the purchase of tickets. To purchase tickets, begin by selecting a venue, such as the Thomas & Mack Center. A list of events at that particular venue will appear. Select the event by clicking Purchase Tickets. The Purchase Tickets page will appear, and the venue will have to be selected again.

After clicking on the chosen venue, the Select an Event page will appear. Click on Buy Tickets next to the desired event, and the Select Your Seats page will appear. Seat options will be displayed. Choose an option, such as General Admission, and then enter the quantity of tickets you would like to purchase in the Quantity box. Price and Total will be entered for you. Once you are sure of your purchase, click on Add To Cart, in order to continue the process.

If the desired seats are sold out, the Sorry page will appear, informing you that seats of that price level could not be secured. Otherwise the Shopping Cart page will appear. At the top of the Shopping Cart page, a timer will be displayed, allowing you eight minutes to confirm and complete your purchase. At this point, you may continue shopping, check out, release your seats, or remove your entire order.

To purchase tickets to other events, click on the Continue Shopping button, at the bottom of the page. To complete your purchase, click on the Check Out button on the bottom of the page. To release your seats, click on the Release Seats button, located to the left of the Delivery Method drop down menu. To remove the entire order, click on the Remove Entire Order button at the bottom of the page.

If you would like to complete the purchase of your tickets, choose a Delivery Method from the drop down menu. Then, click on the Check Out button located at the bottom of the page.

If you have already logged in, you will be taken to the Payment Information Page. If not, then the My All Access Pass page will appear. The My All Access Pass Page allows you to set up a My All Access Pass account by clicking on Register Here. If you are already a My All Access Pass member, you can log in by entering your email address and your password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password button in red to have it emailed to you.

The Payment Information Page allows customers to review and edit their contact information. Customers should check to be sure their name, address, and email information are correct. Customers will also view their purchase total and choose their credit card type. After the credit card information is entered, click on Submit Payment to complete the purchase.

Your order may take a few moments to process. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation number. Please note the number for your records. Within the hour, you will also receive a confirmation email.

What is UNLVtickets?
UNLVtickets is the in-house ticketing operation for all events held at the Thomas & Mack Center, Cox Pavilion, and Sam Boyd Stadium, and for UNLV Athletics and Performing Arts. UNLVtickets is the one-stop shop for all activities under the UNLV label.

What is My All Access Pass?
UNLVtickets created My All Access Pass to make online ticket purchases easier and faster. Registered users can log in and purchase tickets, without having to re-enter information.

To access My All Access Pass, click on the button located beneath the My All Access Pass logo, in the top left corner of any page on the UNLVtickets web site.

What is the My UNLVtickets Email Club?

The My UNLVtickets Email Club allows fans to have updated UNLVtickets events information emailed directly to them, such as concert schedules, pre-sale information, and opportunities to enter UNLVtickets contests.

Account Information

How Do I Modify My Account?
Registered My All Access Pass members have the ability to modify their accounts as needed. On the Purchase Tickets page, sign in by clicking on the button beneath the My All Access Pass logo. You will be directed to the My All Access Pass page, where you can sign in. You will then be directed back to the Purchase Tickets page where you can click on the My All Access Pass located in the menu on the left side of the page. After clicking the button, the My All Access Pass page will appear with member information displayed, which you can edit. Once all changes are made, click on the Update button at the bottom of the page in order to update the account.

How Do I Get My Password?
Registered My All Access Pass members can log in on the My All Access Pass page. Should you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password button in red, and your password will be emailed to you within the hour.

What Is Ticket Transfer?
Ticket Transfer is a new feature on UNLVtickets that allows patrons to electronically transfer tickets via e-mail to another patron. Patrons who wish to forward their tickets must have used either the Print @ Home option or the Credit Card (Magstripe) delivery option. Any person who wishes to transfer tickets must be registered with "My All Access Pass."

I am not a My All Access Pass Member. How do I create a personal user account for Ticket Transfer?
Click on the "Register Now" link and follow the steps required to create a personal user account.

I am a My All Access Pass Member. How do I create a personal user account for Ticket Transfer?
1. Once you have logged onto your "My All Access Pass" account, click on the "My All Access Pass" button on the left hand side of your screen.
2. Click on the "Ticket Transfers or Cancel Transfers" option.
3. Any tickets you have purchased will be listed. Click the "Transfer" button on the order you wish to transfer.
4. All tickets associated with this order will be displayed. Click the tickets you wish to transfer.
5. You will then enter the first and last name of the person you wish to transfer the seat(s) to, along with their email address and phone number.
6. You will have the option of either paying the $2.50 transfer fee yourself, at which point you would enter your credit card information, or select the option to have the person being transferred the tickets pay the fee.
7. A confirmation page will appear, if the information is correct, press the "Yes" Button to submit the transfer. Once you do this, you will receive an email confirming your Transfer Invitation, and the person you are transferring the tickets to will receive and email with the Transfer Invitation.

How is the ticket transfer completed?
Once the Invitation is received, the transferee should click on the link provided in the email. He will see the seats that are being transferred and will be required to enter the email address of the person he has received the transfer request from.

  1. The person receiving the tickets will either receive the Ticket Transfer (if the transferor is paying the $2.50 fee) or the transferee will be prompted enter "My All Access Pass" and asked to enter his credit card information to pay the fee.
  2. The transferee will also need to select how he would like to receive his ticket. Options include Print @ Home and Credit Card (Magstripe) Entry. Once transferred, the previous transaction will be invalidated and those tickets will no longer be useable.
  3. Once submitted and approved, the transfer is complete.

    The transferee has 72 hours to complete the transfer. Once the 72 hours has passed, the ticket reverts back to the transferor.

When Can I Use The Ticket Office?
The Thomas & Mack Center box office hours are Monday-Friday, 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm. The box office is closed on Sundays, except on event days.

The Sam Boyd Stadium ticket office is open on event days only. Tickets for all Sam Boyd Stadium events may be purchased in advance at the Thomas & Mack Center Box Office and all UNLVtickets outlets.

The Cox Pavilion ticket office is open on event days only. Tickets for all Cox Pavilion events may be purchased in advance at the Thomas & Mack Center box office and all UNLVtickets outlets.

The UNLVtickets Call Center is open 7 days a week, Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 8 pm, and Sundays, 10 am to 6 pm. The Call Center may be closed on holidays.

Delivery Methods

What Should I Expect If I Choose To Get My Tickets By Mail?
If you selected to have your tickets mailed by standard mail, you will receive your tickets at least 48 hours prior to the event. If you do not receive your tickets at least 48 prior to the event, please contact us.

UNLVtickets sends tickets via U.S. postal mail and can be sent within the U.S. For orders outside the U.S. please contact us at 1-866-388-FANS (3267).

Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. The cost for standard mail is included in the Order Processing fee.

What Is Will Call?
Will Call is usually offered when standard mail is no longer available. This can occur typically fourteen days prior to the event. To pick up your tickets, visit the Box Office Will Call Window, present the credit card used for the purchase, photo ID and the confirmation number. For security reasons, only the person whose name is on the credit card used for the purchase is allowed to pick up tickets. Will call delivery is only available to US and Canadian customers placing orders within ten days of the event.

What is Print @ Home?
UNLVtickets Print @ Home is a new delivery option available on the UNLVtickets website only, that allows patrons to select the Print @ Home option as a delivery method, for an additional fee of $2.50 per order. Once selected, the customer will have his tickets emailed to him to the email address he has provided (no mail or will call). The customer can print the bar coded tickets at home, and bring them directly to the gate to be scanned for entry.

How does UNLVtickets Print @ Home work?
1. Choose Print @ Home as your delivery method.
2. Purchase your ticket(s).
3. Print.

Tickets will be emailed to you as an attached PDF file. Save the attachment onto your computer.

You now have your ticket stored. Print them at your convenience. All you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0. or higher (free)

4. At the venue, your tickets will be scanned at the gate for entry into the event.

What are the benefits to choosing UNLVtickets Print @ Home?
Convenience
  1. You get your tickets right away, without waiting in will call lines or for mail delivery.
  2. You print them out anytime. No more worrying about misplacing your tickets!
  3. You can forward them to others attending the event so they can print their own tickets and meet you at your seats.
  4. By choosing Print @ Home, you will be able to enter the arena or stadium using our newly established "Express Entry." This Red Carpeted Entrance will allow you to bypass any lines into the venue and proceed directly to your seats, without have to wait in and long lines on the stairs or Will Call.
Which email from UNLVtickets contains my Print @ Home tickets?
Your Print @ Home tickets are delivered to you via email as an attachment. When you select Print @ Home as your delivery method during purchase, you'll get two emails. The first is your order confirmation email. This email only confirms your order and may not be used for entry into the event. Soon after, you'll get another email containing your Print @ Home ticket(s) as a PDF attachment. You must open the attachment and print out the ticket(s) for entry into the event.

Do I need any special hardware or software to use Print at Home?
All you need are the following:
  1. Printer - Any ink-jet or laser printer (color or black & white) with a resolution of 300 dpi or more is able to print your tickets at home. Use 8.5" x 11" size plain white paper for best results. (If you're unsure of your printer's resolution/dpi, check the printer manual.).
  2. Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher. If you do not have it, download it now for free.
Will my Print @ Home ticket be accepted for entry into the event?
Yes! The ticket that is printed through your printer is a valid, legitimate ticket. Make sure you keep it in a safe place like you would cash, and protect it just like you would any other ticket!

What if I print more than one copy of my Print @ Home ticket or a photocopy is made?
Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be allowed entry.

Why isn't Print @ Home available for all events?
Only venues with the appropriate scanning equipment can offer Print @ Home. The UNLV Performing Arts Center is not currently configured to accept Print @ Home tickets.

What if I cannot print my Print @ Home tickets?
1. Check to make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 (Free) or higher.
2. Make sure your printer is on and the cables are connected to your computer.
3. Make sure your computer has enough memory available; try closing any unnecessary programs.

What if I get disconnected or experience other problems while using Print @ Home?
If you still haven't received your tickets yet:
  1. Go to your UNLVtickets Account and check your order.
  2. Log into your My All Access Pass account and choose "Re-Issue Tickets"
  3. If your order is not on file, contact us for help.
If you have received your tickets, but they did not print correctly:
  1. Open the attachment that came with your email.
  2. Save the attachment to your hard drive.
  3. Try to print your tickets again.

What if I do not receive my Print @ Home tickets via email?

What if the background for my tickets prints, but not the ticket information (i.e. event, seats)?
Try this:
  1. Open the .pdf file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  2. Select "File," then "Print" from the top menu.
  3. In the printer window, check the box that states "Print As Image," then click "Okay."
How do I know my order went through and that I have tickets?
Once you receive your email conformation, you have your tickets. All you need to do is bring that same credit to the gate to be scanned for entry. At that point, your tickets will be printed and you can proceed to your seat.

Are your facilities ADA compliant?
The Thomas & Mack Center, Sam Boyd Stadium and Cox Pavilion are committed to ensuring that every guest is provided a safe and pleasurable atmosphere. Are assisted listening devices available?
Assisted listening devices are available in exchange for identification cards at the Thomas & Mack Center. Devices are located at the Guest Relations Booth located on the main concourse near sections 107.

Do your facilities provide accessible parking?
Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities at all three facilities. There are 52 spaces at the Thomas & Mack, six at the Cox Pavilion and 72 at Sam Boyd Stadium. Pavilion events will also have access to Thomas & Mack Center disabled parking spaces. For your convenience, parking lot maps for the facilities are included in this section.

Do your facilities provide drop-off?
Guest needing special assistance and close access to the building entrances are welcome to be dropped off at entrance to the Thomas & Mack Center, or gates 1-2 at Sam Boyd Stadium.

Elevators are available inside the main lobby of the Thomas and Mack Center, guests attending events at the Pavilion will use these elevators as well.

You will also find escalators outside the facility.

ADA ramps are located at each entrance of the stadium.

Can I purchase tickets for accessible seating?
All three venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate guests. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on the venue and/or the type of event, and are subject to availability.

UNLVtickets offers two convenient ways to order accessible seating tickets.

You may also request accessible seating tickets online at www.unlvtickets.com/ada by submitting the requested information directly to us via the internet. UNLVtickets processes online requests for accessible seating tickets as soon as they are received, but heavy volume can result in delays. While you will receive an e-mail from UNLVtickets within minutes, it could take up to 24 hours before the UNLVtickets specialist contacts you. Once the specialist does contact you, he or she will work with you to process and complete your request (subject to ticket availability).

All ticket assignments are based on best available. Whether purchasing in person, over the phone, or online, our ticketing system chooses the best available seats for the chosen price level at the time of purchase.

In order to increase your chances for seats that are high in demand, it is best to purchase tickets at the when they first go on sale.

What if an event I bought tickets for gets cancelled?
All ticket assignments are based on best available. Whether purchasing in person, over the phone, or online, our ticketing system chooses the best available seats for the chosen price level at the time of purchase.

Please make sure to include/provide your UNLVtickets account number so we can expedite your refund if applicable. If you purchased the ticket(s) at a Retail Outlet, you will need to return the tickets directly to the original point of purchase.

What if I lose my tickets or my tickets are stolen?
If your ticket is lost or stolen, please contact UNLVtickets immediately. We will try to work with you to ensure you can still enjoy the show.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by UNLV, including venues, teams and theatres, prohibit UNLVtickets from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Teams / players and artist are subject to change without notice.

UNLVtickets assumes responsibility on cancelled events for those tickets sold through unlvtickets.com, 702-739-FANS (3267), UNLVtickets outlets, or the Thomas & Mack box office. The decision to allow refunds is made by the venue and/or promoter. Normally the Face Value of the ticket is refunded. Because the processing and delivery of the ticket order has already occurred, the Fees are not refunded.

Is there a limit to how many tickets I can buy?
When purchasing tickets on UNLVtickets.com, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. This amount is included on the unique event page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. Ticket limits vary, depending on the event or the anticipated demand for the event.

How do you determine the face value of a ticket?
The promoter, venue, and/or artist determine the face value of a ticket. UNLVtickets does not determine the face value of tickets.

What is the facility charge?
The Facility Fee, which is incorporated into the Convenience Charge, is typically $3.00 per ticket. This fee includes a $2.00 per ticket parking fee and a $1.00 utility fee.

In addition to the regular fees for the Sam Boyd Stadium and Thomas and Mack Center, all tickets subject to an additional 5% (COX Pavilion 10%) Live Entertainment Tax as of January 1, 2004.

What is the convenience charge?
At UNLVtickets, we want your ability to purchase tickets to be simple and easy. The Convenience Charge fee covers costs that allow UNLVtickets to provide the widest range of available tickets while giving you three easy ways to purchase: unlvtickets.com, 702-739-FANS (3267), and in person at Town Square Las Vegas or any La Bonita Supermarket

The Convenience Charge varies depending on where you purchase your tickets. A Convenience Charge is normally applied when you purchase through unlvtickets.com, 702-739-FANS (3267), or one of our ticket outlets listed above.

What is the order processing fee?
The Order Processing Fee is usually $3.75 per order and it covers the cost to fulfill your ticket request when purchasing online or over the phone. This charge includes services like taking and maintaining your order on our ticketing systems, arranging for shipping and/or coordinating with the Box Office Will Call Window. It is applied to your entire order, not each ticket. The Order Processing Fee is applied regardless of whether your tickets are mailed or held at the Box Office Will Call Window.

What is the Nevada Live Entertainment Tax?
In addition to our convenience, facility, and order processing fees, all tickets for events at the Sam Boyd Stadium and Thomas &anp; Mack Center are also subject to an additional 5% (COX Pavilion 10%) Live Entertainment Tax as of January 1, 2004.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by UNLV, including venues, teams and theatres, prohibit UNLVtickets from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Teams / players and artist are subject to change without notice.

UNLVtickets assumes responsibility on cancelled events for those tickets sold through unlvtickets.com, 702-739-FANS (3267), UNLVtickets outlets, or the Thomas & Mack box office. The decision to allow refunds is made by the venue and/or promoter. Normally the Face Value of the ticket is refunded. Because the processing and delivery of the ticket order has already occurred, the Fees are not refunded.

What if an event I bought tickets for gets cancelled?
All ticket assignments are based on best available. Whether purchasing in person, over the phone, or online, our ticketing system chooses the best available seats for the chosen price level at the time of purchase.

Please make sure to include/provide your UNLVtickets account number so we can expedite your refund if applicable. If you purchased the ticket(s) at a Retail Outlet, you will need to return the tickets directly to the original point of purchase.

How do I buy tickets at UNLVtickets.com?
To purchase tickets online, you must be registered with My All Access Pass. This can be done either prior to purchasing tickets or during the purchase of tickets. To purchase tickets, begin by selecting a venue, such as the Thomas & Mack Center. A list of events at that particular venue will appear. Select the event by clicking Purchase Tickets. The Purchase Tickets page will appear, and the venue will have to be selected again.

After clicking on the chosen venue, the Select an Event page will appear. Click on Buy Tickets next to the desired event, and the Select Your Seats page will appear. Seat options will be displayed. Choose an option, such as General Admission, and then enter the quantity of tickets you would like to purchase in the Quantity box. Price and Total will be entered for you. Once you are sure of your purchase, click on Add To Cart, in order to continue the process.

If the desired seats are sold out, the Sorry page will appear, informing you that seats of that price level could not be secured. Otherwise the Shopping Cart page will appear. At the top of the Shopping Cart page, a timer will be displayed, allowing you eight minutes to confirm and complete your purchase. At this point, you may continue shopping, check out, release your seats, or remove your entire order.

To purchase tickets to other events, click on the Continue Shopping button, at the bottom of the page. To complete your purchase, click on the Check Out button on the bottom of the page. To release your seats, click on the Release Seats button, located to the left of the Delivery Method drop down menu. To remove the entire order, click on the Remove Entire Order button at the bottom of the page.

If you would like to complete the purchase of your tickets, choose a Delivery Method from the drop down menu. Then, click on the Check Out button located at the bottom of the page.

If you have already logged in, you will be taken to the Payment Information Page. If not, then the My All Access Pass page will appear. The My All Access Pass Page allows you to set up a My All Access Pass account by clicking on Register Here. If you are already a My All Access Pass member, you can log in by entering your email address and your password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password button in red to have it emailed to you.

The Payment Information Page allows customers to review and edit their contact information. Customers should check to be sure their name, address, and email information are correct. Customers will also view their purchase total and choose their credit card type. After the credit card information is entered, click on Submit Payment to complete the purchase.

Your order may take a few moments to process. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation number. Please note the number for your records. Within the hour, you will also receive a confirmation email.

UNLVtickets Terms and Conditions

What are the methods of payment?
UNLVtickets accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. During your purchase, you will be required to accept all terms and conditions before completing your transaction.

Orders are processed only after the name and billing address of the cardholder has been verified. UNLVtickets will only mail tickets to the name and billing address of the cardholder. No other names or addresses may be used.

For your protection, orders of eight or more tickets, or totaling more than $250.00 WILL NOT be mailed. These orders will be held for pickup at the Box Office Will Call Window.

Customers must bring the Credit Card used to purchase their tickets and a Valid Drivers License. The person picking up the tickets must be the owner of the credit card. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, UNLVtickets Customer Service will contact the customer at the time of purchase. If UNLVtickets is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.

UNLVtickets WILL NOT mail to Post Office Boxes, unless the Post Office Box is the confirmed billing address of the credit card holder.

There are No Refunds or Exchanges. All purchases are final once the transaction is completed

What are the terms on pricing and availability?
UNLVtickets sells tickets on behalf of the university Athletics Department, promoters, teams and bands, with the exception of university-sponsored events. UNLVtickets generally does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, call center, retail outlets and the box office. All distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory; therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly.

What are the terms on service charges, handling, facility, and / or parking fees?
Tickets purchased through UNLVtickets are subject to a per ticket service charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee. UNLVtickets may also include Parking, Facility, Convenience, and Processing fees on each ticket.

What are the terms on billing and ticket limits?
All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification. We can only ship your tickets to your billing address. Please adhere to published ticket limits. Orders exceeding the ticket limit will be canceled without notice. This includes duplicate orders having the same name, billing address or credit card.

What are the terms on the limitations of liability, disclaimer?
UNLVtickets reserves the right at any time to:

Change the terms and conditions of these Terms;
Change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the Site; or
Change any fees or charges for use of the Site.
